Each of the three apartments is about 800sq ft.  They did a detailed cleaning of all three units getting them ready for new tenants.  Due to miscommunication I did have to call them back for a couple of minor issues, but they were very responsive and professional about it.  They are a bit more expensive than many other services, but I accepted that as the price for consistent quality and a professional job.  Pleased with the results.

They did an outstanding job doing even more than we had agreed to. The manager came out during the job and made sure the two ladies were getting everything done and even had them clean the windows in the large sunroom even though we had not paid them for that. Everything including ceiling fans, base boards, inside/out kitchen cabinets and pantry, doors etc... was done and done very well. I will definitely be bringing them into other homes that I have for sale.
