Workers were on time, started project on arrival. They did not stand around and talk. Got all the project done in a very timely manner. Talked to me with updates of where they were and cleaned up any mess. Would hire again! Thank you Fred.

Quick to call for the hire. Good work. Poor business skills, communication. He had one last part of the job to complete and I am more than willing to pay him extra. no longer can get ahold of him. Always through to voice-mail. He is in it for the big payout. God forbid you to have a problem or need additional work or tweaking. The reason I frequent local businesses is for their responsiveness. None here. Do not call Fred.

Stay away! Krantz Guttering does not value its customers. They are clearly just in it for a quick profit. The team of Fred installed gutters on my house in mid-July, about two weeks after, I first contacted him (which was fantastic). However, when I got home to check out the new gutters, I quickly found several issues. I called Fred the next day to address them. He said no problem, I will have my guys out there this week to fix it. We are now at the end of August and the same issues have not been fixed it yet, after numerous follow-ups. He just keeps saying, Sorry, I will have my guys out there this week. Two weeks to do the entire house and now six weeks and counting to fix the issues. Absolutely bad. Do yourself a favor - Do not waste any more time looking into this company and move on to the next.
