+ 0 moreMr Davis's subs were very professional. Spencer Davis has a well deserved reputation for doing things the right way. We had no problem meeting Mt Dora city inspections. Spencer himself is a "hands-on" guy, always on site when needed and a pleasure to work with. In several cases his experience helped us make improvements to our original drawings.
Description of Work: Masonry, Framing, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical. Enlarged the attached garage in order to use part of old garage footprint to create new master bed/bath.

+ -1 moreWe have built six homes over the years and remodeled two. Spencer is the best that we have ever used. He is very professional, easy to work with, and is conscious of managing costs during the process. He started and completed the project on time and within budget. The painting contractor, Rick Paulin, performed major work in covering up purple paint, refinished every interior door, and painted all of the woodwork. We highly recommend both contractors.
Description of Work: Spencer Davis did a major remodel of a home purchased on a short sale. The interior of the home was severely damaged; the paint and all interior doors was damaged; a loft area was removed; exterior sliding doors were replaced with French doors, and flooring was repaired. Spencer supervised the project and completed all structural changes.

Description of Work: Provided roofcap between mobile home and built on addition. Also removed old roofing and reroofed 16 X 24 laundry and storage room. Mr Hardin provided me with exact estimate and explanation of what his plan for this job was. He was professional, and the crew that he brought to do the work executed the job in a professional and timely manner. I felt that the price was reasonable for the work done, and would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Hardin to anyone who wants a good job done. I hold Mr. Hardin in very high esteem, which in this day and time is rare.
