Mr Davis's subs were very professional. Spencer Davis has a well deserved reputation for doing things the right way. We had no problem meeting Mt Dora city inspections. Spencer himself is a "hands-on" guy, always on site when needed and a pleasure to work with. In several cases his experience helped us make improvements to our original drawings.

We have built six homes over the years and remodeled two. Spencer is the best that we have ever used. He is very professional, easy to work with, and is conscious of managing costs during the process. He started and completed the project on time and within budget. The painting contractor, Rick Paulin, performed major work in covering up purple paint, refinished every interior door, and painted all of the woodwork. We highly recommend both contractors.
