They had my mower for 4 weeks (during season) and said it needed a rebuilt carb to work. OK, they did the work, then I brought it home (finally) and immediately , the same problem occurred. They said they had to order a new part and it would be in by the following Tuesday and they would call. No call, so I called them. The part hadn't come in. This cycle repeated itself for 4 WEEKS! I finally brought it into Apopka Mower and the guy determined in minutes that the gas cap did not have an air hole, causing a vacumn in the tank. He drilled a hole in the cap and the problem was fixed in minutes. He said he hears a lot of stories about Merv's. So, I gotted ripped for $120.00 in needless repairs by Mervs and then lied about a new part for weeks and weeks.

I'll always go to Merv's for service. His used equipment has been serviced well and always provided good service. Prices are fair.

THEY'RE A SMALL BUSINESS, BUT THEY DO A FINE JOB. THEY'RE VERY HONEST ABOUT HOW LONG IT TAKES TO DO A REPAIR. AS FAR AS I KNOW IT'S GOOD. I'D RATHER HAVE AN HONEST MECHANIC.
