Horrible. They showed up late with no translator. The lady Cassandra that answers phones was completely rude and obnoxious. Lowes has so many complaints on that company with many more coming in apparently. Don’t do it. They will not come out and make any corrections. Not worth the money. This company is a scam

The first installers were new and performed an installation that damages the cabinets and the stone. they use large marks with a sharpie that stained the stone. Another installer had to come back and attempt to remove the sharpie stain by bleaching the stone. This further stained the stone around the faucet openings. It required a total of 8 trips to get the stains sufficiently removed to be covered by the faucet. The undercounter sinks in 2 of the vanities are not square in the stone opening. The exposed edges required additional smoothing. The stone seat was not cut to the right size and not fixed properly on the seat frame. To their credit, they returned multiple times to correct the work that was not performed correctly the first time. We have had stone installed by another company in our kitchen that is spectacular and correctly performed the first time. We recommend avoiding Magma services and engaging other stone companies.

Purchase from Uarl and Pavla and from day one. They were professional and answered all ur questions. Take a little over a week and a half from decision to install.

Great! We found them by driving by and stopped in. Met owner Paula and Ted and a couple weeks later they measured for new countertops. One week after we chose the slab they were installed and make such a huge difference!

Update 03/18/13: It went well. We shopped various companies and decided on Magma. From our initial contact they were friendly and professional and eager to provide us with our dream kitchen. Paula helped us chose from their slabs based on the color of our cabinets and flooring, which we brought samples of each to their store to help select a complimentary color. we described what we liked and what look we wanted. It was a very unique slab and we were not sure how well it would look installed. Paula assured us it would be beautiful. The measurements were taken and the following week it was installed. it was quicker than we imagined and before we knew it we had the dream counters we imagined! We love them! The installation was very well done, with the best of the slab placed in the most visible places. The grain lines up on the counters and the backsplash. The first time I saw it I nearly cried it was so beautiful! Every day is a pleasure to see my beautiful kitchen. And the cabinets and flooring look Beverly nice with the color slab we chose.

The two employees arrived a little late, but when they arrived they got right to work and the job was done satisfactorily.

Ted, the owner, was very helpful in showing all the options, granite & other stones.  I went with quartz.  He sent out men to make template & we had some unique issues to decide on.  Ted came out next day himself to make sure everything correct.  Install was terrific.  Men friendly & on time.

Ted and Paula, owners of the company were a pleasure to work with. They kept on top of everything. The guys that came to do the work were great. They were professional, neat, clean, organized and did an awesome job! I would highly recommend this company.

It was terrible. The contract was signed 3-1-2012. Work began on 4-18 without any acknowledgment that there would be a delay. I was told the job would take 2-3 weeks. The demotlition, redoing walls and tile took 4 weeks. The cabinet was installed May 9, though promised a week before. The cabinet was not what I chose. I was yelled and and told it was what I ordered. Intimidation was used to get me to accept what I did not want but had to pay for, including installation and plumbing. Finally I got the cabinet removed by the company. Instead they took all of the granite and implied I would not get it back until I paid the whole bill. I paid it so I could have an almost finsihed bathroom. I still need some tile installed, one piece of granite installed and some minor touch up work. It is now the end of May. Do not use this company. The sub contractor is American Remodel and Tile.
