Called Mr Strang on Friday after referral (and Angies List review) expecting to schedule for following week. Mr Strang called back promptly and we made appointment for Monday (!). Later that (rainy) day he called back to say that if I were available he could come by and inspect water heater same afternoon. Upon arrival Mr. Strang got right to the task at hand: inspected heater, explained what was what, tested what needed testing and gave me a honest assessment of the problem in a professional manner. Although the news was not good, Mr Strang made it as painless and palatable as possible.
A good man with knowledge and integrity is good to find these days ........ I will definitely recommend him and use him again
I have used Mr. Strang in the past for an issue with our gas hot water heater. He arrived promptly, took a look at the water heater and knew what the problem was. It took him about 10 minutes to fix the issue, charged me for a service call (very reasonable).and went on his way.
He is, very obviously, a very knowledgeable professional and I would not hesitate to call him again for a gas related issue.
