The 2 gentleman from Coastal were polite and professional. They were earlier than expected and even gave me pointers to better maintain my system. I have always used Coastal to pump out our tank and will continue to do so. They are always the least expensive, too.

Tech broke septic tank lid. When I complained on Angie's list the company contacted me and wanted to know what happened. After I explained what happened to Stacy she indicated that the owner wanted to make things right. I sent pictures of the damage and a receipt for the replacement lid. I have not heard back from them.

They found that the home I was about to buy had a completely shot septic system which would have cost me 15-20 grand. I am so thankful I hired them. They had quoted me around $400 to inspect, clean and do a load test on the system. They ended up just charging me $287 since the load test turned out to be unnecessary since the system was shot and had been rigged to sort of temporarily 'work'. They could have charged me the whole contracted price but they didn't. Needless to say, I won't buy this house but I will use them when I do. Tip to homebuyers...if the home you are looking at has a septic system and it's older, have these guys inspect it, it may save you thousands or at least give you peace of mind.

The tech quickly diagnosed a wiring issue with the pump and presented me with 2 options on how to fix it. Quality of work was good and he didn't mess up the yard at all.

Office staff was knowledgeable and polite and efficient. Appointment was set on date and time I requested. Workers were also very professional and polite answering all my questions. They found and entered the tank on the first try disturbing a very minimum amount of turf and then returned it so that it blended into the lawn as though it had barely been disturbed. I would recommend them to my friends.

Called coastal and had them come out to pump tank. We have used them several times in the past. They are always professional, reliable and on time. They have employees who really seem to take pride in there work and do the job with integrity. We would not use anyone else. We highly recommend!!!

Our toilets and shower backed up on a Sunday evening.  Not pleasant to say the least.  I called Coastal first thing Monday morning and spoke with Mark.  When I explained what was going on, he recommended we get the tank pumped and also suggested that it may be that the filter is also clogged, especially since we've never had it cleaned and it's supposed to be cleaned ever year (we've lived in the house 4 years, and the house was built in 2004, and we don't know if the tank was ever pumped before we moved in). Mark said they had an opening Monday afternoon.  I asked if they could give me a head's up when they head out because I was at work, and sure enough I received a call saying that the technician was on his way (about 30 minutes out), which gave me plenty of time to get home.  Phillip was very professional, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.  (I'm a novice when it comes to septic systems so I asked a LOT of questions.) :)  As predicted, the filter was extremely clogged and the tank was full, so Phillip cleaned the filter and pumped the tank.  When I spoke with Mark in the morning, he estimated it would take between 60-90 minutes, and that's exactly how long it took.  Overall, it was an excellent experience and I'm so glad we called Coastal! Would highly recommend them and we plan to use them on a yearly basis to clean the filter!

I was in a panic when I called the provider around noon on Tuesday,  they were at my home by 2pm. I had already had a bad experience with a prior service that was suppose to be there already, so this was the second service I had dealt with in two days.( I had talked to several but only had set up appointments with one other).  They opened the septic tank, drained it, cleaned it, showed me what to do if it ever backed up until they could get there. Taught me the do's and don't of owning a septic, as this is my first time having a septic tank, and got me started on the correct maintenance. I really can't say enough good things about this company, right from the first gentleman I talked to on the phone from the call center, right on through the service. Thank You very much.

Philip and Bill were great - explained every step, help me understand how to improve the performance of my system and provided recommendation.  This is a household system that one does not normally think about, but can be a real problem when not maintained properly.
Coastal called me about an hour before they showed up.  Polite and courteous.  I will use them again.

They Had to replace the concrete lid on Grey tank because it was broken in the process of removal. It was old and brittle. I don't the what the cost will be for new lid.
