I do not recommend doing business with Jacob Shankland or VIP Pool and Spa LLC. My experience was incredibly unprofessional. Weekly service was sporadic. He or his designated employee failed to show up for weekly service for 12 weeks over 10 months of service. Despite what is clearly stated in the service agreement, I never received a refund for the services that were never performed but paid for! Worse, he became non-responsive, to my inquiries. This is not just poor customer service?this is completely unethical business practice. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values professionalism, integrity, and honoring written agreements. Stay away from VIP Pool and Spa LLC.

The Very Best pool cleaning service! Professional and I mean Professional with a capital "P"! Punctual, courteous, and VERY informative. They came to the house within 24 hours of setting up service, addressed all my questions and needs; treated me like family, I felt like I was the only pool they were to service; although I know they have 150 pools just in my area. They send reports once a week on work completed and water ranges. The pool looks gorgeous! I wouldn't even consider anyone else to work on my pool; Jacob and his crew are fabulous! Just opened my pool with a brand new liner, they set up the water perfectly, fixed a couple of minor filter leaks, and removed a ton of leaves after a nasty storm. The pool couldn't look any better and I couldn't be any happier. Their prices are spot on for the attention and service you get. I have a 60,000 to 80,000 gallon converted polynesian kidney shaped pool to a full liner, 10 ft. deep end.
