Handyman Service
Joe Grady, the person doing the inspection, refused to provide certification on anything but hurricane clips, disallowing any credit for new garage doors, new (post Ivan) roof, or window protection. Another survey done 3 days later by a different vendor certified all of these. This is just plain fraud, but the law only penalizes those who falsify reports that would incorrectly credit homeowner certification, not those who deny it.
