I was referred this contractor by a friend for a Kitchen remodel. I called 5 other contractors, only 3 actually responded and their prices were way over my budget of $15k. I was going to put off the project and my neighbor referred this guy to me. He showed up the same day I called him to go over the job with me. He brought some pictures and we actually added to my original plan and stayed under the budget I wanted to work with. The finished job was perfect. It did go 2 days over the planned finished date, however I am probably at fault for adding some last minute changes. I would definitely work with Brad again and refer him to others.
