YMCA - Bardmoor Branch

I love this place! Nice new equipment in the cardio area. My boyfriend uses the equipment in the weight lifting area and wishes there was more equipment available there. I go to the aerobics classes and love the instructors!! They are so nice and motivating and best of all- fun! I go to Karen's cardio-kickboxing class and Jenny's Zumba and core classes! So glad we joined! 

There are no T.V.'s in the gym. Some equipment has it on there, but it usually does not work. I look around at other people and not one had the TV on the screen.You can look outside at the pond or parking lot or look at your smart phone. There is nobody around to ask, unless you have an appointment. The front desk is usually busy. There are no paper covers for the toliets in the womens locker room, as there was in the old gym. The parking lot is ample. The equipment is new. As of 11/03/14 there are now 3 T.V.'s.

It is excellent. I love it. It is clean!

.They do a good job at what they do. They are available when I need them. The environment is very good. They are very friendly to everyone. The trainer I used was very good.
