This is truly family owned and operated! Mr. David Wing Sr gave me an estimate on approximately what it may cost. He informed me he had to figure out a time frame to do the work the next day. He called back promptly with a time frame his son would be coming by to perform the work. His son, David Wing Jr called about 2 hours early and explained he had finished a job faster than anticipated and could come by in an hour. I said great and he did just that! I couldn't wait to turn my water back on!

He cleaned up any mess he made when cutting through the dry wall to repair the copper pipes in the wall. He made the piece easily accessible for any future work as I requested. He said he was going to repair the drywall but I insisted he leave it so we can make a trap door. It took less time than I expected and he exceeded my expectations. He even gave me a bill for less than estimated.

The new faucet cosmetics couldn't be nicer. We already had a special shower head so he left it in place and gave us the packaged shower head the set came with in case we choose to use it later.

We've had an excellent experience. They did a superb job.
