Under Construction Inc

Description of Work: Dave Underwood, Under Construction, Inc., took over the work on our new addition when the contractor we hired, Wall2Walls Construction, Inc., bailed on us midway through the project of adding a second floor of approximately 711 sf to our home. Dave had to rework errors in framing, electrical and plumbing that we had already paid for, so he knew our situation. Just to correct errors took several weeks, and not many contractors would agree to doing that. Dave works right along with his employees (Mark takes just as much pride in his work as well), so his hands-on approach means all goes right from the beginning! If I had to choose one word to describe Dave, it would be "perfectionist". He takes great pride in his work, so you know he is going to do a great job. He also willingly teaches the novice how best to do a job - for the family to be able to save money by doing some work themselves. The only job Dave does NOT do is putting up gutters. I can't speak highly enough about Dave and Mark - they are personable, professional and approachable. Dave will take time to answer all questions one might have and steers them in the best direction to save money. We are keeping Dave busy - our next project is remoldeling existing kitchen and bathroom.

Description of Work: I had a complete kitchen remodel. The whole kitchen was totally gutted and redone, new cabinets, new island, new appliances, new ceiling. All new lighting. We even had one wall removed.
