Customer service talked with me regarding what I wanted as there were three listed and I was not sure what was the best in my particular use (emergency lights for classrooms of varying sizes from 300-640 sq ft. He reviewed the details of each product with me and seemed very knowledgeable. He helped me place my order and went over all shipping with me. Once order was placed I received a confirmation email, and then received a shipment confirmation also. Product arrived the next day!
Description of Work: I had questions on the items I was looking for and the customer service was patient and helpful answering my many question.
