Aaron and everyone he works with are outstanding. We had our kitchen cabinets installed, tile work done, electricity and countertop work. all work done above and beyond and timely. Great people, showed up on time and were meticulous in the workmanship. They offered great advice and suggestions. I highly highly recommend. We also recommended them to another family member and they loved their new kitchen as well!

Arran Scrivens is very personal, professional, responsive, calm and great with follow-through. From the beginning of the project, which was a pretty extensive kitchen remodel plus, he listened and offered suggestions. The time allotted for this project was tight, but Arran told me he would do everything he could to meet the deadline. He often had many trades there at the same time, including weekends, which truly impressed me. Anytime I reached out to him, he responded. As this can be a stressful time for both the homeowner and contractor alike, Arran never got upset, or at least never showed it. His calm and confident demeanor made me feel very comfortable. AND, the end product was absolutely beautiful. Arran paid attention to all the details and made sure literally EVERYTHING I wanted tweaked got done until I was completely satisfied. I would HIGHLY recommend Scrivens Construction. The owner is a real class act and the quality of their work is top-notch!

We had popcorn ceiling to be removed, drywall to be installed on one wall, track lighting and recessed lighting to be removed and ceilings to be finished. Aaron and his crew and his subs did an excellent job. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

These guys where great! Aaron even fixed my faucet with a smile on his face and didn't charge me. Rich was her right on time and began working. He was very good and very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

Arran and his crew took my dysfunctional old kitchen and updated it into a fully functional modern kitchen. Throughout the job I changed my mind and added things several times. Arran handled the changes quickly customizing my kitchen in a way that works for me. The job was finished quickly and neatly. They were very understanding about my toddler and pets running around as well! Highly recommend

Arran is a different breed when it comes to contractors. We were fortunate enough to find him on Home Advisor after we got scammed by another contractor who didn t get far before disappearing. He really came to our rescue with the whole project and repeatedly surprised us time and time again. He has many admirable qualities that made it a pleasure to work with him. To name a few, he was well-priced, and very straight-forward. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and didn t overburden us all the little details that were probably a pain to deal with. In fact, he went above and beyond to take care of things that we didn t specifically state in the contract, but he knew needed to be done in order for the end product to meet his high standard. He really took ownership and pride in completing the work well. He was easy to maintain communications with, kept us updated regularly; he s honest, reasonable, flexible, patient..overall, he s a true gentleman. That s hard to find these days. I m so thankful we found him!

This company was always here when they said they would be here. Work was exceptional. I would invite anyone to see the excellent workmanship of the men working here for me. I interviewed 9 companies before I hired Scrivens , he exceeded my expectations!

They did a great job of Remodeling the kitchen, which included electrical, Plumbing, cabinets and counter top. We are very pleased with the completed job.

Staff was very professional, always came on time and in good spirits. Went out of their way to make us happy. Adapted to changes we made during the project. Actually completed kitchen remodel 6 days ahead of schedule!! Unheard of in my experience! Felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my house. Treated my dog kindly - even when she escaped "her room" and became a nuisance to them. I highly recommend Scrivens Construction.

If you have a historic home (I do) Scrivens also has expertise and experience with old-school homes, and is doing a great job translating my vision/requests into reality.
