It was a pleasant experience, somewhat surprising because of all the "stories" you hear about exterminators; more even than with plumbers or roofers. Vernon explained the nature of the problem and suggested that the "localized" treatment would probably work. If not, he could do the more extensive "tenting" at a later time. This guy is the type who generates a sense of honesty and integrity, and I can't be too positive about recommending his services should you need them.
