+ -1 moreIt was a pleasant experience, somewhat surprising because of all the "stories" you hear about exterminators; more even than with plumbers or roofers. Vernon explained the nature of the problem and suggested that the "localized" treatment would probably work. If not, he could do the more extensive "tenting" at a later time. This guy is the type who generates a sense of honesty and integrity, and I can't be too positive about recommending his services should you need them.
Description of Work: Once we determined that we had a "termite problem," we contact this company from a list provided by Angie's List. The owner/operator showed up when he promised and gave us a detailed description and understanding of our problem. He gave us an estimate for a "localized treatment," and promised to come back if we wanted within two weeks to perform the work. We called, and he came; he drilled several holes in the wall and sprayed the chemical inside. His work was clean, thorough, and the bill was the same as the estimate.
