He was supposed to have sprayed my rugs and everything and said I wouldn’t have any other issues. They bug problem seems to be worse than before! They advised me it was now bed bugs, which just wasn’t true. I’m familiar with this type of insect and it wasn’t that. My daughter trapped some black bugs near a bathroom and when I showed the salesman, he glanced at them and just threw them away. I’m now looking for a new pest company.

A friend of mine referred them to me. They just changed their name to Faith Pest Control, but they were Safe Pest Control before. I have a contract with them for termite control and it is $125 a year for the maintenance. I renewed the contract on the day they came out to do the spraying. They are very professional, prompt and personable. It feels like a small company and they value their customers. They know my name. So, it’s a very personal service. Overall, they are very good. They aren’t incredibly low or high compared to the other quotes that I have got for the same service. They are on par with the other companies.

Safe Pest Control was kind of bothersome to me because they called a month ahead of when my membership was supposed to end to ask me to renew the contract. I am planning on calling them out pretty soon to inspect the house.

They sprayed the first time and days later I started to find dead bugs in the home which I have had to continually them up. I have asked them to spray the perimeter and up the walls to keep them from coming in and he responded very rudely. This is not the first time I have had to use pest control services and I have never experienced this before. The owner has a very rude and smart attitude. The men who came to perform the work were very pleasent it was just the owner who I am dissapointed with. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

They actually came out the same day I called. The guy they sent out was very professional and gave me some information about their company. They were excellent and they were able to do the work without tenting my house. They left no mess after they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

On the day of the treatment the employee arrived later than expected. Once the procedure started it took several hours to complete. During the inside part of the proceedure I could not follow the young man around on a consistent basis and as such, he was left alone in many areas of the home. Due to the nature of the procedure he had access to every door, window & room of the house and as the termite treatment was rather "involved", he was in each room for an ample period of time. At one point after the attic treatment, the treatment dust came down from the attic access panel and my fire alarm went off. As he was standing behind me I unwittingly punched in my access code to disable the alarm as it is monitored and the sound was deafening. He sprayed the underside of the house with the chemical treatment from one access point only, I questioned whether that would adequately reach to the other end. Additionally as there are 2 separate sections of the house I cant say for sure if the smaller section was treated at all.Shortly after the treatment I experienced a burglary where the person(s) gained entry via an unlocked door that is not used. I additionally discovered that on the side of the house that was obscured by foliage the windows were all unlocked. Whomever was involved knew how to access the unusual layout of my home and specifically where the "good items" were located. As I have been in my home for 8 years without incident I naturally suspected the employee. A detective questioned him and because he said he didnt do it, the case was closed.I have NEVER been contacted by the company to assure me that their employee is above board or to put me at ease about continuing to use their services. In fact, I have had to call them because the way they do their bug service is you pay upfront in full for the year and call them as you need them. So I called the end of February and spoke to the office lady explaining about what happened and that as a single parent I was upset about feeling unsafe with their employee and I would like the owner to come out and do the service. She immediately told me "he's not going to do that" and when I asked for a prorata refund she said "he's not going to do that either". I explained to her that I thought they prided themselves on customer service and being part of Angie's list etc and she said that the owner is "just too busy" I gave her my home and cell numbers and asked her to have the owner contact me. For the last 3 weeks I have called and each time I get a different excuse as to why he's not available to speak with me. She said she spoke to him and he said he wasn't going to come out and he wasnt going to refund my money. During the last time I called, when she heard my voice, she laughed and said "Oh Hi, its you, yes well the owner had an emergency and isn't here". When I asked if he's even getting my messages she assured me its sitting on his desk. To date I have not heard from him in any manner.

They have always done everything they said. My previous pest control company couldn't keep my spiders out. I don't know what Safe Pest is doing, but they are keeping the spiders out. If I leave all my doors open in March I might have a spider, but if I am careful I don't have any. If I spray a spider, they will come out and see what kind it is. Then they will respray. It is a little more expensive, but it works.They spray the windows and the flower gardens. They spray everything

I have a yearly contract with Safe Pest Control. They were easy to get in touch with, and make an appointment with. They worked with my schedule. I felt that they were inexperienced. They were a little on the shotty side. They were not knowledgeable, and poorly answered my questions. I am not happy being in a year contract with them..

I was told that *their* service was going to be so much more effective than my previous treatment service. The contractor was very pushy to get my business and has not fixed the problem that he was hired for. They've been here twice since July and need to come back again.

Received 4 quotes for treating termites. Decided on Safe Pest Control because I was more confident in their treatment process and the products they used. They did a thorough job and cleaned up their mess. Of course, the real proof of their work will be determined later - meaning, if I get termites, and how responsive they'll be if I do.

Effective and prompt and accommodated payment from a credit card over the phone. BUT the price was very very high. No lesser alternatives were offered. I would not use them again until I got several other estimates. If this was fairly priced - then I would use them.

They came out and drilled around the house for termites and sprayed chemicals as well. I have a contract with them and they come out once a year. They are excellent about showing up on time and being very friendly while they are here. I did have to call them back one time to respray because I noticed more damage after they first sprayed.

One house that they were performing termite control (with inspections). Six months later I had to do a complete "A" frame roof repair, due to extensive termite damage. I thought Safe Pest Control should have alerted me to the problem, before I found out 6 months later. I am not very happy with them. The people they have sent out don't seem to make extra effort.

I was very pleased. They were very very prompt. I called them first and they said they could be there the same day. They came out and said it was definitely dry wood termites and taking everything out of my attic would be the wrong move because there were probably termites in those things. He said the whole house had to be treated. He explained what they did. They drilled holes in the walls above and below all the windows, put the treatments in those holes and then re-seal them. The guy came the next day and they worked very quietly and quickly. They did miss one hole to spackle. I'm going to switch over to them for my general pest control now.

We were battling cockroaches. After they sprayed there was an immediate reduction. I saw only 2 live German cockroaches, but I swept up about 15 dead roaches. I understood that it might take 3 weeks or so to reduce them to zero. Last night I went in the kitchen at 1:00 am and found a big cockroach in the sink. He was killed immediately. I called the company this morning and the very pleasant woman said, Watch for the next three days and if you have another occurrence we will come right out and spray. I was satisfied.

Got great information over the phone, as well as in person from Jim Hammonds. I was very interested in the companies "No Tent" termite treatment. Also did on line research, investigated BBB reports and Angie's list. Other companies had told me that tenting was the "only" way to go. David came out and saturated my shed which was completely falling apart from subterranean termites. Came inside, drilled holes in my door frames, window frames and sprayed everything. Went up in my attic and treated all the wood up there. Caulked all the necessary holes. Told me that when I have my roof or my windows replaced, I can call them and have them treat any new wood at no charge. There was a yearly renewal fee of $125 but well worth it not having to tent. Both company representatives were very well informed. Treatment was done on 4/24/07.

They're very prompt and efficient. I would have liked to have known what they needed before they did the work so I could've moved some things out of the worker's way.

We thought we had some rats in the attic. They came out and told us we had rats in the attic (due to finding droppings). He put about 3 bait traps in the attic. The noise continued in our attic. After about 2 weeks my husband decided to put some peanut butter on the traps near where the bait was. After about another week we found that the bait nor the peanut butter had been touched. Our neighbor came by, when I took her into the bedroom and she found that the noise was coming from a light timer we had. I contacted the company and told them. We asked if we could get a refund less the trip charge and bait. They refunded us $275. We feel that $200 is a lot to pay for a visit. I would not recommend them to anyone. In order to get the refund of $275, we were obligated to sign a form indicating that they would not be obligated to come out and check for rodents in the next year.

I would not recommend this company to anyone with my present confidence level. They just did not do what they said they contracted to do and that leaves me concerned about how well they did what was done. I selected this company because of its position on Angie s list the rating and that they were given a Super Service Award this past January. This is my first use of Angie's List since purchasing. I hope it gets better than this in the future. Angie's List and Safe Pest Control have a full accounting of my experience posted by US Mail. Space here was too small to post my experience.
