Doors
They came out, we signed a contract, gave them 50% down, actually more than 50% and a few weeks down the road, they sent out somebody two or three times to take measurements, but they've done nothing. It was supposed to have been finished by the end of July, and it's now the end of September.
They're not doing the work. I asked them to send me my money back. Here's the thing, one thing to say we're going to get this accomplished by July 31st, this that and the other, but when delays come into play, they don't even bother to call you. They don't keep you informed in any way. They don't even answer your calls. We got them through Home Advisor and they're even no longer on Home Advisor. They're also in the process of changing their name again. Not that we knew it at that time, if we had, we wouldn't have contracted them. But they've gone through three or four name changes.
