Richard Schnezer Heating and Air

They had been supplying HVAC services to me for about 8 years. The son began abusing drugs and had apparently had a history of that. The son was in his 40s at the time of service. In order to purchase his drugs, which I believe was Oxycontin, he would search through my belongings looking for drugs under the guise of performing service. He searched the medicine cabinet and found jewelry I had there. He took that and pawned it. The last theft occurred on Christmas morning. He waited until I had left for work, broke in my home, and stole $25,000 worth of jewelry. He was the only one who knew I would be gone for 36 hours at work. I had the police out and they traced the pawn records to find my items and connected the sales to him. I was able to recoup some of the lost items, however I am net out $80,000 due to the thefts. His father, the owner of the company, dodged numerous calls and has never contacted me. Please avoid this company and either of these providers at all costs and be aware the son is missing his right thumb. His name is Raymond and this is the most obvious identifying feature.
