Fabulous work by Shane and crew! I couldn't be more pleased. They performed a top quality job of digging 4 shallow wells and installing a completely new irrigation system with a Rain Bird controller. I even have an app on my iPhone that can control it any day, any time. Great customer service! Shane has made himself available to answer my questions and instruct me regarding how to work the new system.

Shane (the owner) and Damian did a fabulous job of digging 4 shallow wells, installing a pump, Rain Bird Timer and rotors in 4 zones. He gave me an Angie's List discount and put an app on my Smartphone so that I could control my system away from home. I am more than pleased.

Shane came to our home on 3 occasions and arrived promptly at the agreed upon times. He identified the need to replace approximately 8 sprinkler heads as our grass was being cut higher which blocked the water from reaching the entire front yard. The work was completed efficiently and the sprinkler system is now working with coverage of the entire yard.

Excellent! My service phone call was answered promptly and a same day appointment was scheduled. Shane arrived on time and gave an explanation of the most simple way to fix our non-working sprinkler system. Shane replaced the shut valve and the second shut off valve with ball type. Work went very smoothly, no problems.

Shane did an outstanding job on installing new well points. He was on time, installed them quickly, cleaned up the area and the sprinkler system is working awesome with new well points. It went well. Shane and his worker, Damien, did a great job. They were respectful, courteous and competent. It was my first time using them. I recommend them to anyone who needs work with their irrigation/sprinkler system.

Very, very pleased. Every step was excellent. Called back fast, arrived right on time for estimate, each work day (3). 4 zones for reclaimed water, one potable for vegetable garden. Layout is excellent including no reclaimed spray on edibles. Quality materials, including reinforced flex tubing to heads (so they don't break off if driven over). Quality rainbird controller, to which a remote - to cellphone controller can be added (I did). One day there was a weather delay and sickness, they left message in advance. Small shop but very responsive, will work on Saturdays. After the quote, I asked for Angie's list Vets discount - no problem. No nickel and diming, they did job as they said, no add ons..

we worked with Shane who was very informative and professional; he was careful to catch all of the details and address our needs (like drip irrigation in narrow beds along side of house & bubble nozzles for new trees); Shane accommodated our landscape installation, coming back to lay the drip lines after the plants were in; he did a good job explaining how to program the timer and use the rain sensor

Outstanding.  Used Pristine Green prior to pool construction and then they had to come out afterwards due to damage to the irrigation system from the construction.  Very well-priced, professional, and each time he showed when he said he would.  He did a great deal of work and provided an estimate and let me determine what should/should not be done.  I highly recommend.  Neighbors use Pristine Green also.  Shane, owner, is the one who did the work.

Shane is the owner of Pristine - He had come out earlier for a free estimate and reviewed our sprinkler system. Gave a fair estimate and we ordered the service. He came out on time for our scheduled service and went right to work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced several heads and nozzles. Repaired a line break and reset sprinkler head angles for maximum coverage. Also reset our timer for the proper sprinkler times for our area. Shane was great to work with and we are looking forward to future service with Pristine Greene Irrigation. Cen easily recommend this company. Thanks Shane!

My next door neighbor saw me hand watering my lawn and recommended I call Melissa and Shane from Pristine Green Irrigation to come check out my system, which they would do for free, at least so I would know what it needs to be functional again.
Shane came by and completed his inspection, and left before I came home. Melissa emailed me a quote a couple days later. I asked Shane to come back to show me exactly what he found (as I was not home when he did the inspection), and I wanted to point out a couple of underground leaks he may not have discovered
I met with Shane and he pointed out a number of heads which were outdated, out of adjustment, inoperative or just wasting water. He also showed me a couple of supply line breaks,  and two zones which were not energized because the vavles and solenoids needed replacement. He made recommendations where some minor changes to hardware would be more efficient.
We agreed to have the work done. Shane and Melissa worked all day and when completed we went through all the zones and he did some tweaks, and explained how it all worked. He set my timer and it all works beautifully now. I couldn't be more pleased with this company!
