Paul and his crew did an awesome job. We had structure damage and screen repair and they were very professional, did what they said were going to do and on time. Paul was up front from the beginning and no surprises. We will use them again and recommend them.

Excellent repair of 11 year-old, deteriorating screen. Careful and attentive work on some difficult angles. Some adjustments to doors due to settling of cage. Took a few days longer than anticipated due to Covid and weather but final product excellent. Everything cleaned up well and a couple of redesign ideas being considered.

I gave deposit June 2, 2021 and the job was almost completed in Dec. Since then I have been trying to get Paul to seal gutters that leak. He does not respond. Very disappointed in his service. Would not hire him again.

"Seriously we did custom screen room we had to order special door which took longer due to covid n custermer knew also we came out at least 7 times to fix leak in roof n gutter I'm not sure why she left this review but was surprised how she stated it now July 10 th I get email gutter leaks again so we will go out n service leak until we resolve it really confused of this review"

Paul with PKS from beginning to end came trough with all my expectations , he and his crew came on time to do the job , clean up and make sure that everything was done properly and on time , my wife is happy and you know happy wife happy life so thanks again PKS for this fantastic Job ! PKS Aluminum did a great job building an enclosure for my daughter. The owner, Paul, was easy to work with and finished the job quickly. His prices were the best in the area. He provides fair prices and I would recommend him for any size project. We were very pleased with his work.

Paul came out and gave us a estimate and was the best price, with the quality materials he uses. He said he could start the following Tuesday at 9am. He kept his word. Paul and his helper were here at 9am sharp. Finished the entire job the same day, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend PKS Aluminum!

I have been flipping houses for 29 years and this is the WORST subcontractor I have ever dealt with! When the job was finally done, it took one man a day and a half but it took 4 and a half months for them to do it. Paul, the owner will give you every excuse in the book and try to blame all the delays on the customer. VERY unprofessional, crude language, horrible customer service. If you enjoy headaches and extreme aggravation, this is the company to call. I would not have them build a dog house for me. You have been warned.

"He contacted me in December to give an estimate than he had to get his approval from hoa, started wit engeenerring, remember covid 19 so I went to the building dept when we were still allowed n they asked for approval letter stating it ok to build carport n at this point I have not got any money down on this project so he emailed me, n at this point the building dept not open n than weeks they opened for drop off as custermer called me said he goin away month of march than told me after I scheduled other jobs his cruise was canceled story is job did take longer due to custermer n building dept n was I rude no evenafter he was to me dont know y month n half later I see this review after job was completed n hoa said amazin job n took a month to get paid after no monies was taken from custermer from day 1 so when permit was issued just like he said job was completed in 1 day n have emails texs to confirm n project address to see very nice job just wish they gave the name to this guy bc if they did he would b embarrassed"

Paul Schaefer is amazing!!! He was very efficient and the job was done in two days. My screened in porch looks beautiful. I would highly recommend him to everyone! I have hired Paul twice now to replace gutters and soffit on 2 different houses. He also rescreened the pool cage of my personal home. He is always prompt with returning my calls and responding and providing a competitive quote. More importantly I know the job will be well done that is why I call Paul.

It went well and looks great, BUT it has been almost three months and Paul the owner still hasn't given me my work receipt for the work he performed. I have contacted him numerous times, and I have still been waiting for my work receipt. I paid Paul in full, yet he still hasn't sent me my work receipt, even though he told me he would do so numerous times. I still think PKS is worth recommending to others, but make sure you get your work receipt from the PKS workers before they leave.

Paul showed up on time to give me an estimate of the cost of rescreening my pool enclosure. He looked over the job and gave me a fair price and we scheduled his crew to come back to do the job. Paul and his crew arrived on the job site on time on the scheduled day and began the tear-off of the old screen and the replacement with new screen. Paul and his crew completed the job the next day as promised. Paul and his crew were courteous and professional at all times and answered my questions about the different phases of the re-screen as the job was underway. They also replaced all the door hardware and some screw anchors that had rusted off. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
