My first home purchase twenty years ago was handled by Temme Peterson of Pinellas Realty Group. Since then, I've hired her at least four more times to either buy or sell a house. Simply put, she is the best at what she does. Most recently, Temme demonstrated the patience of a saint as we changed our search criteria a ridiculous number of times! Instead of settling for an easy sale, she would inform us of things we should be wary of that we might not have known about a particular house. This concern for the client's overall, long-term happiness is what separates her from the pack. I highly recommend Temme and Pinellas Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
