Horribly!!! As an out of town landlord, can't say I ever understood the scope of the job, but when I call in a vendor I expect them to assess project and give me an appraisal of the work that need to be done!! THE ONE THING I CAN SAY WITH ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY IS THIS VENDOR INITIALLY SIAD HE GUARANTEES ALL OF HIS WORK!!! TODAY ON PHONE EBTIRELY DIFFERENT STORY!!! NOW SAYS 30 DAY GUARANTEE!!! NOT AT ALL WHAT HE SAID BEFORE!! He then tried to back peddle saying I told him there were no urine odors!!! I live a thousand miles away!!! He was there!! I HAVE NO IDEA what needed to be done!! THAT WAS HIS JOB NOT MINE!!! ALL I KNOW NOW is new tenants complaining and this guys so called guarantee is no where to be found!! I was even potentially willing to pay for an additional urine odor treatment...but when he said how do I know that a new dog didn't come in and urinate?? I told him new tenant DOESN'T HAVE PETS!! HE SAID WHAT ABOUT IF ONE OF THEIR FRIEND'S DOGS CAE OVER AND URINATED ON THE CARPET!!!
COMPLETELY LOST ME THERE PAL!!! LIKE THAT IS A LIKELY SCENARIO!!! NEED TO COME UP WITH SOMETHING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING!!! BATTER THAN THAT TO WEASEL OUT OF YOUR GUARANTEES!!!

Bruce was super friendly and professional. Our carpets look brand new again. We used a different and quot;Chem-Dryand quot; last time and we won't make that mistake again. On time and carpet dried quickly. Look online for a coupon and give them a call. A bit more expensive than traditional steam clean, but much better quality and drying time.

Paradise Chem-Dry (Bruce) was great to work with. This was the 3rd time I have used them. My parents have used them for years. They truly care about the work they do. Bruce cleaned the tiles / grout in the bathroom and dining / office area. He ensured that every area was perfectly cleaned. There were a couple of minor areas where the grout looked different but Bruce explained that was due to using two different colors pf grout being used (from what appeared to be DIY tile work). Bruce is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Paradise Chem-Dry for carpet cleaning, couch / chair cleaning, tile cleaning. They are reasonable, excellent work, timely, and extremely polite / courteous.

My complaint is with the difference between the potential quoted price and that obtained at the time of service. He said the basic charge for just showing up is $125. It was projected to take three hours. He was done in almost exactly three hours. The projected post-cleaning drying time was two hours; we put a space heater out to be able to walk on it after about seven hours. We might use this provider again, but would shop around before selecting the vendor.

I have used their services twice. They were very professional, punctual and did a good job. The carpets came out very clean and the cleaning lasted a long time. I was able to walk on the carpets a few hours after the service was completed.

He comes when he says he will and it takes him a few hours to do the work. He is a nice gentleman who makes me feel comfortable. I have used his services for around five years. The cost is fair. He is the best I ever had! They were awesome to work with. I have recommended him to others in my condo who also like his service.

We have very happy with their service. They are professional and get right to work. They stuck to the agreed upon estimate. Their prices are competitive. Scheduling is easy and they were out to do the cleaning within two days of my call.

They were great. I was not there when they did it or afterwards.

I called the company after getting their name in Angie's list. Told them that it was urgent and they gave me an appointment the next day. A gentleman showed at the agreed time. He appraised the work and gave me an estimate. The work was done very quickly, no smell, no wet floors. He removed stains that had been there from the time I bought the house two years ago. I paid the agreed amount and he left. Total less than two hours.

The technician arrived on time and after looking over the project gave us a quote for the work to be performed. It took about 3 1/2 hours to complete the work.

They did an excellent job, and I was very happy. Both the receptionist and worker who came out were very nice and honest. I felt like I was working with honest people who would not take advantage of me.

They did a good job. They were very cooperative about things.

One thing that really stands out in my mind is that on one particular occasion, I had some wine glass that accidently got bumped. He was very apologetic and then took a tremendous amount off my bill. The next day, I had a knock on my door. He went out and searched for those glasses which were not easy to find at all. I felt that was over and above. When he purchased the glasses, he had already discounted my price so I thought it was a double bonus. I’ve used them over and over again.

I intend on calling them soon.

We have used Paradise Chem-Dry a number of times. Each time their workmanship has been excellent. They are very thorough and efficient and willing to work with you. They are the only carpet cleaning service we use and will continue to use. We highly recommend their service.

They are awesome. I can't say enough about them. They do a beautiful job. They keep their appointment and they are right on schedule. He is very respectable and polite.

I called Paradise ChemDry and made an appointment. Bruce and another worked came out, were on time, cleaned the carpet and gave me a free can of spot remover solution. The carpet that they cleaned was in a rental property and it looked as if the tenants had let dogs run wild in that room, in fact the rest of the carpets had to be replaced it was that bad. This room seemed like it might be salvageable. And if anyone could salvage it, Bruce could!

I phoned Paradise ChemDry to obtain a phone estimate for cleaning my rugs and furniture. The Sales Rep (Susan) was polite and friendly and was able to quickly provide an estimate. Since I thought the estimate was reasonable I asked her to schedule the cleaning which she was able to do the very next day. Bruce arrived exactly at the scheduled time and was highly professional, knowledgable and friendly. I was very pleased with the results on all the items cleaned. There were several spots on both carpets that he was able to remove and they look like new. I will definitely use Paradise ChemDry for all my future upholstery and carpet cleaning and highly recommend them to others.
