John and Kelly are a great team. I am a realtor and will use them with all my customers. They go the extra mile. With a condominium, they found a special assessment that the seller stated NO on the disclosure saving my customer a few thousand dollars. They also have a great guarantee with an association that will buy back the home. John was very accomodating and thorough with his handling of my customer. I love having them on my team!

Efficient and cordial

I thought the team was very nice and professional, however my realtor was not at all impressed with the report. He said several pictures were taken on the outside of the property , i. e., the parking lot and sidewalk, which were not relevant to the inspection. There were also some pictures of the windows on the property which had no explanation attached to them. I did email the team to inquire the reason for those pictures and they responded in a timely manner.

Lovely family-owned business. Incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. I ask a lot of questions before I hire someone. They answered everything without any hesitancy or irritation. I would hire them again in a second. The real estate agent tried to steer me to one of her people (particularly dissing HomeAdvisor). So glad I went with my gut and used them instead. He was on the roof, in the rafters/attics, under the house! Used to work for OSHA...knows his stuff! Highly recommend!
