John & Kelly fit me in to meet a dauntingly short deadline. They were helpful, pleasant, informative and very competitive on pricing. Paladin provided a helpful discount on executing two inspections during a single visit whereas other companies quoted full price for each or a slight discount to "bundle". I will call Paladin next time I need an inspection, have already referred them to 3 others & will continue to do so.
