ONE TOUCH CLEANING

Awesome experience!! I needed someone to do a housecleaning and gave very short notice. Marquise got back to me promptly and was extremely flexible when setting up a date and time to come clean the house. The pricing was agreed upon prior to their arrival and there were no surprises. The Team was very detailed and a pleasure to do business with. The house looks amazing and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. On another note, in the process of cleaning Marquise found a ring I had been searching for forever under our couch. Sincere thanks for recovering! They were prompt and professional.

They were unskilled with their technics. The person that came didn't seem to know what he was doing. I would not use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I had certain places in the carpet that I really wanted to get clean. He did the best he could but he never said that in order to do that, he would have to use some other machine. I was very disappointed that those spots didn't come up. He just sort of gave it a once over, which was okay but not what I had hoped. It didn't meet my expectations. If there was a need for additional fluids or additional price, it would have been good to have known a price but he didn't seem interested. 

He arrived on time.  The results were satisfactory.

The cleaning went wonderfully and they were extremely professional. I appreciated the fact that they came out to give an estimate and how he worked with my schedule to get the job done.

He is great! I found him by an ad on line. I called him and the next day he showed up on time. He did the job in a fast amount of time. He did a great job, and it is like night and day on the carpet. His machine looks to be top of the line and there is no way I could have rented a machine and made it look half as good.
