MIKE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE ONLY CHARGED ME FOR AN HOUR'S TIME EVEN THOUGH HE WORKED ON MY COMPUTER FOR SLIGHTLY LONGER. I WENT TO HIM INSTEAD OF HIM COMING TO MY HOME BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER FOR ME. HE GAVE ME THAT OPTION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS SERVICE AND WOULD GO BACK AGAIN IF I NEEDED ADDITIONAL HELP.
