Dave did an excellent job and showed up the day after we called on a Sunday. He took the time to explain the process and the system he uses. He explained the chemicals and how they were eco and pet friendly and do not leave a residue which can attract dirt later. We’ve used several different companies in the past but Dave is by far the best.

I called Dave on a Sunday afternoon and heard back from him the same day. We arranged for a job the following Monday. I hired Dave to come clean a small area rug that I have in my living room. After explaining to Dave what the stains were, he was honest in telling me what he could and could not get out of the rug. He was able to complete the rug cleaning quickly and effectively. The rug was cleaned sufficiently enough that I do not have to replace it. He also applied an additional solution to the rug to get rid of any lingering odors. His rate was spectacular!! Dave gave me a discount on his minimum fee because I was a new customer. (The price indicated in this report is the minimum fee, not what he actually charged me) I would definitely hire Dave again for another job.

Our tile is the original tile with the house so is very "old" looking and the grout was yellowed. He arrived on time with all of his own equipment. He was very polite and courteous of our dog and my son. My son was in awe of his vacuum so he let him "use" it. He exceeded our expectations with the carpet and the tile. The tile looked new again when we was finished! He explained why he was using the specific chemicals he was using on our kind of tile. Our carpets looked new again. He even got out stains from a piece of carpet that was over 10 years old! We really appreciated the extra effort he gave us and our carpets! We will definetly be using him again!
