Mueller Remodeling, Inc.

The project went very well. I had a good idea of what I wanted and the Mueller's were able to get me exactly what my dream bathroom was. We have had a little bit of difficulty getting a couple of items from Ferguson Plumbing Supply. We did have a couple of unexpected additions to the contract, primarily due to old plumbing issues on our 60 year old house. David provided us with sound reasoning for the added expense and we are satisfied that all of these added costs were reasonable and necessary.. The additions did not delay the project. This project has added considerable value and future enjoyment to our home. I would definitely recommend Mueller Remodeling.

They were supposed to start in October or November, but he couldn't get the permit for the job, so he couldn't start until January. They were supposed to be done in six months. It's been over a year and it's still not done. They used the wrong materials for most of the projects. We had a contract and they kept adding cost after cost for various other things they said had to be done. They installed the floor incorrectly so it's completely warped. It took 3 months to get it replaced because he was waiting for his insurance to pay for it. They didn't pay, so it had to be his expense, which he was not happy about. They messed up with the other part flooring and painted a shiny area on my stairs, so that my floor does not match. They charged us for the back porch they did, but it didn't pass inspection. We bought the best material, but they didn't buy enough of it, so they had to put regular wooden boards in place. They didn't even paint them, just left the boards. They were so many things he didn't do and things he didn't finish. They unplugged my freezer in the garage one time and all of my food was ruined. Every time they worked in my garage or home or yard, they left a huge mess. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. It was a nightmare. I'm very disappointed with the work.

DAVID MUELLER AND HIS SUPERVISOR, SCOTT MUELLER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. ALL OF THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND USE THEM AGAIN. I USED MY OWN DESIGN - HOWEVER, IN THE FUTURE I WOULD RECOMMEND USE DAVID MUELLER'S IN-HOUSE DESIGNER. THEY HAVE MANY GOOD IDEAS.
