Mako Residential

We couldn't be happier the the work from Majko Residential. Steve Majko was recommended by a trusted friend. After coming to look at our job, he provided a detailed written estimate. We decided to shop for & coordinate certain things on our own (vanity, most fixtures, granite, tile), although we folllowed Steve's recommendations as to where to get many of these, and we used our own electrician (a friend). Steve handled purchasing/coordinating everything else. He came back over for about 2 hrs a few weeks before we started & reviewed everything, re-measured...basically got all of our ducks in a row. Steve is professional, reliable, and does great work. Every day the work area was left clean, and he made sure not to make a mess tracking through the house (no small task since the bathroom is on the 3rd floor, and all the prep work - sawing wood, cutting tile, etc... - had to be done in the garage, so he was up & down through the house 100 times a day). Our bathroom looks fantastic now - the tile work is especially great. I don't have pictures yet but when I do I'll post some "before" and "after" shots.
