Magyar Roofing

Will not honor their warranty. Have a few minor leaks and Peter would not repair. His position was it's impossible for his roof to leak so if it leaks it's not his problem. Even with photos he wouldn't even take a look. He said I should still holes in my ceiling to verify the leak.

Magyar roofing was great. They looked at my flat roof and gave me a couple of options with prices that were in my budget. I am so happy with the job that was done that I plan on using them again for my whole roof next time.

From estimate to finished product Pete and his guys were great. Showed me photos of how the same problem had been addressed for another roof in the neighborhood. gave me samples of the material. Completed the work in less than a day, and sent me photos of the whole process. Very pleased. Definitely would call Magyar again.

Peter and his crew showed up on time, worked diligently every day. The crew was friendly, polite and understanding of our needs. They cleaned up the job site daily and you hardly knew they were  Peter the owner worked on the job himself everyday, which gave me confidence the job was being done right.

Peter also gave us pictures of the job from the start to the finish. Showed us the bad and rotted boards. They replaced all the flashing and the job looks beautiful. I would recommend Magyar roofing to family and friends anytime..

When we originally met Pete for free estimate in June 2014. He climbed the roof, gave his comments and said he wasn't sure how long before he could get to the job, but that it shouldn't be too long. 
Well unfortunately it took a lot longer than I would have liked. Between his existing work schedule and the frequent storms in Florida, he didn't start work until September 2014. That took a lot longer than i would have liked and unfortunately I was also away on vacation when he was finally ready to start. However we communicated thru emails and we agreed he could start the work while we not home. It was a big leap of faith, but he and his crew lived up to it.  His prices was very comparable to the other 3 estimates I had received.
 His workers were there everyday until the job was complete. They were very neat and did a great job cleaning up after the roof was complete. I would strongly recommend them.

I couldn't be more pleased. Pete did an excellent job - was up front with everything and genuine. Roof looks great and would definitely use again if needed.

Mr. Magyar was professional and explained what would be happening, gave me a start/finish date and time. He met every goal and supplied complete pictures of the process from start to finish. The price was not the lowest, but the quality was above and beyond expectations. We passed wind mitigation with room to spare. This was an excellent experience and I fully recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing.

My entire roof needed replacing and a lot of the sub-roofing as well.
They gave us the estimate and we set up the date. When they came out
they were thorough and replaced all pieces of sub-roofing that needed
it. They took less than a full week to complete their work. Afterwards,
they even sent someone over for wind mitigation so that we would have a
certificate for our homeowners insurance. I would definitely recommend
them highly.
