KITCHEN & BATH SHOWCASE INC

Purchased approx 80 sq feet of granite which was in 3 sections (Island, Sink area and Stove area).  K&B Showcase arrived 6 hours late to installation.  All 3 sections of the kitchen had something wrong.  Island area had wrong profile.  Stove section was more than 1 inches too long.  Sink section was so far off in fabrication - was too short and didn't reach wall, sink wasn't centered, came 5 inches off the right side interfering with my french doors.  The installers blamed the 'person who took the measurements' who happened to be the owner of the company Bobby Elder.  They left the 2 sections and said they would correct them when they returned.  I made multiple phone calls and attempts to speak with the owner expressing our concerns.  We were completely ignored and never received a phone call back from him.  We now have 2 sections of granite (unsecured and laying on the counters) and K&B Showcase refuses to refund our money and take back the granite.  We had several witnesses in the house that can attest to the poor measurements and quality of the fabrication.  Most importantly, I did not feel valued as a customer and would not use them in the future.
