Tom was very professional. He had a tight schedule when I reached out to him but made very realistic commitments and showed great effort. Even though I ended up not needing his services (thanks to his honest assessment), I really appreciated his attitude and honesty. It is not everyday you meet someone that is so ethical. I will no doubt use him in the future and recommend him to anyone I know that need his services.

We changed the initial design from a simple porch improvement to a full scale changeover to an enclosed sun room. Mr Kapper responded to this change in a highly professional manner. Quality of materiels and worksmanship was first class. Work was completed while we were on a 52 day trip. We returned to a superb job. At the same time the security of our home was maintained. His crews made sure that the premisis was kept clean and all debris was cleaned up daily. We highly recommend Kapper Construction for our type of job as well as larger jobs including home construction.
Description of Work: Kapper Construction converted our lanai to a closed in sun room. Mr Kapper obtained all required permits and construction passes numerous inspections required by the County. He performed demolition of the original lanai, then pouring of concrete foundations and an elevated floor. Proper shoring was put in place to ensure the roof was not affected and hurricane code strapping was installed to secure the entire project per current codes. Hurricane resistant windows, french doors, a sliding door, an upgraded electrical system, matching tile was laid and a ductless air conditioning system was installed. The stucco and paint was perfectly matched to the rest of the house. The electrical and interior painting were superb.
