Description of Work: I had Hummel perform needed brake and rear-end maintenance. I also had them replace broken sun visors & they also threw in an oil change. They were communicative in their findings & easy to work with getting a ride from & back to the shop. I also witnessed them take in a 94-yr-old woman's car that I spoke with in the waiting room to check it out before she went on a road trip. They told her they added some air to the tires & topped off her fluids & there would be no charge. I would not have been surprised if another shop would have found something or another to charge her for, but that said a lot to me.
