The installers were very professional. However the poor workman ship, messy work place, left all tools in living room over night air compressor went off in the middle of the night making the other condo owners not very happy. Draw fronts were crooked, cabinet door does not close, edges rugged and one draw damaged. Told us they would order the draw front and they would be back in ten day when it comes in. We did not sign off on the paperwork. We have not seen or heard from them in 30 days, but we paid in full.

Carpet Installation
The gentleman that they contracted with was Joe. These guys were local. When the company calls them and contracts them; they picked up the carpet. They came and removed 2 large bedrooms, a wide hallway and then a winding staircase that came down. It had 3 landings. They actually came to my house. I had to leave on Sunday. They worked me into their schedule and they came on Friday. They worked until almost 11 o’clock at night to finish the job. I was very lucky to get my remodel done down there. I stayed an extra week so I could get my carpets done after I had the bathrooms done. They were very professional. They are just 2 local guys and they did a great job. Joe’s carpeting was the one who did the installation. I contacted them through Home Depot. They cleaned up after themselves quite well. The experience was average with Home Depot when I went to purchase the carpet. They were courteous and they were polite. I went to a different Home Depot and it was not very organized so I went back to the one that I had been going to which was closer to my house. They worked with me and they helped me get it done timely. It was all paid through Home Depot. The guys who came, they were a little bit late that morning. I think they had some truck issues.
