Chris is very knowledgeable about dealing with rodents, who we'd wound up involuntarily hosting in our attic crawlspace over time. Chris replaced all the original soffits on our house with impenetrable metal ones, repaired all areas that the squirrels and rats had been using as access points, and set traps for any remaining critters - all at a very reasonable and competitive price. He set the appointments for the work, always arrived on time, and did a spectacular job. Chris did an excellent job with rodent removal. He was very professional and explained in great detail the things that needed to be done to prevent rodents from entering my attic. He took pictures both inside the attic and outside on my roof and under my soffits that illustrated openings that rodents could use to get into the attic. He performed his work in a timely manner and there were no hidden surprises or fees. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs wildlife removed.

Chris did a fantastic job getting rid of a rat problem in my attic! He took photos of rodent activity in the attic as well as outside in the places where they were sneaking in. He then took the time to share them with me so that I could actually see what he would be repairing. He sealed up all the spots they were getting in, and set traps in the attic. Caught a big guy today and I was soooo happy! He will also be disinfecting the attic once heâ s sure there are no more up there. He always shows up as promised and does quality work!
