Some of the subs did very good work and were on time.   Any actual labor performed by Glenn J Rossi was done well.  I was not satisfied with his availability on the job site.  There were some key times during the construction that he was not on site when subs were working and, in my opinion, should have been.  Partly due to that, there were corrections and revisions that needed to be done, which the contractor did not take any responsibility for.  The engineered drawings that he made his proposal from and worked from, were not followed.  Some of the changes were asked for by myself, others were as a result of subs misunderstanding of the plans.  I was also not satisfied with the contractor's response time when asked to price out revisions or corrections.  I was often told that his subs were not getting back to him and I was given inaccurate information or higher prices than what we ended up with due to communication misunderstandings with his subs.
