Micheal and team were great.  Had the biggest tree over my house down in half the day.  Michael was very professional and you can tell he truly cares about great customer service and is passionate about the work.  I was ready to pay him to take a few other trees out but he advised against it.  We had a miss-communication at the beginning that we were both able to work through and ended up with a great end result.  On jobs more than 1 or two trees, I recommend jotting down something in rough notes but that's to help both parties.  Would gladly use him again.
