It was very good, the installing is very good and the sales guys assist on what we wanted. The price was reasonable.

When the tile was removed, it revealed a poor concrete foundation. The installer, Kevin, took the time to level the floor before installing the laminate. He was very professional and courteous throughout the job and made sure I was happy.

It took about a week - a few hours a day, but we were living there. They installed the tile so that we could function daily - sections at a time. They did an excellent job of building up the cement and then laying the tile - you'd never know there had been a toe-stubber in those 2 areas. It was a bit pricey, but based on the reviews I'd read in Angie's List, I decided to go with this company. Why try to save money when I might hate the results? Now, when I look at it daily, I love it.

Installers were great. Had one team do carpeting and another do wood look tile. The two guys who did the tile were outstanding. Could not have been more pleased.

The sales person was terrific.  He came out to our location and then made suggestions for the materials.  The ordering process was quick and the material arrived within two weeks.  The installers were very professional and precise.  They took no shortcuts.  The end result was very satisfying.

I keep forgetting to post this review, but I want to share my experience. The process was great. All of their staff are excellent and the tile team was superb. When the removed the old flooring, it was a mess and they kept me calm and dealt with the situation in a very  professional way. They also did beautiful work. I would hire then again, without any hesitation.

I called expecting to have to pay for carpet stretching for carpet that they installed about 5 years ago.
Owner Pat said that it was fully covered and that there would be no charge.
They sent three guys over and it was quite a bit of work.
They took care of the furniture and all aspects and the carpet looks as good as new.
I was quite impressed how well the company stood behind their work and their interest in providing excellent service.

The floor looks great, my wife loves it. A lot of work to get there. Moving stuff from one room to another, the men would have moved our things, but we wanted to help them. They do not move electronic equipment or glassware things like that, but I wouldn't wanted them to anyway.

Eric the installer is a true craftsman, he does very good work. His helper Kevin is good too. Learning the trade, both very personable guys.

Patrick, the owner, and Scott were very patient sales guys, came to my house several times, had ideas etc. Let us take samples home for a few days at a time, this went on for maybe 6 weeks. Patrick found us an on-sale wood that really looks good and the price was good too.

If you're having tile removed be pre-paired for the dust. Cover everything the best you can. Keep doors closed, towel at floor.

In a word, awesome.....
New to the area and needed to replace an old, builders grade carpet throughout our condo. Shied away from the big box guys because I wanted someone local and in the "floor business". Met Patrick at the showroom, he was patient and walked us through all the options and gave us a lot of insight into carpet. Would not get that from a big box guy. We picked the sample, he came out and measured and the carpet was ordered. It came in on time and was scheduled and installed when we needed it. The 3 man install crew was amazing, professional, helpful, clean, and did I say professional....They worked fast and very precise and obviously did this for a living, not some sub guy who is learning on the fly. Very pleased and glad we went with Patrick and crew. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and those in our building. Pricing was very competitive and service was outstanding (have owned 3 properties in the past 2 years so I have lots of experience with carpet and floor guys and a pretty good understanding of costs).

It went great. I would definitely recommend them to others. Their subcontractors work for them, so they don't hire the job out. It also isn't a chain so they give you individual attention.

They're wonderful. They had to take off the old carpeting and take that away. It  wasn't a matter of just picking out a pattern and have them lay it. It was a little more expensive because they had to take the old one up. They did a beautiful job. I also had them do carpeting in my home when I lived in my home. They did a nice job there too. It was just a drive-by and saw the advertisement. I thought, They're neighbors, they're Seminole people and so I put them in my thoughts. I went in to see them and I was happy with them. I like to do stuff locally because they're the ones that live in the area and I like to support them if I can. They did a beautiful job and they were very accommodating. In my home, they did the tile and carpeting. They can put in wooden floors if you want that or whatever you wants they can do it just about. I will absolutely use them again and I would recommend them too.

Excellent job. Helpful service in choosing the tile--brought it right out to our home. The tile layers were very professional, always cleaned up and did a beautiful job. We have used Flooring America previously for carpet and hardwood floors. The owner, Pat, is VERY knowledgeable and honest. The carpet that we had installed originally had a flaw in it and they replaced it without any problem. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my flooring needs.

It was the first time we had it restretched after it was installed. It was very unsatisfactory. They restretched it but they told us originally that it needed to be restretched because our dog had been peeing on it. I have a 75-lb. dog peeing on my living room floor. They said that they weren't going to charge me as a courtesy but they really rubbed me the wrong way. It was free and it was part of the original deal. It was just the way that they handled it that really irritated me. When they guys were re-stretching it, they didn't know why it was doing that way or why it was loosening up. The owner called me and said that they had told him that the dog had urinated on the carpet and that's why it was doing it. I will never use them again.

My contractor chose to wait until Jay was available to do the tiling. It was worth it. He and his helper, Jeff, were excellent. They bent over backwards to accommodate my vision yet weren't afraid to let me know if they thought something might not work. When we hit a couple of roadblocks (we took out a bathtub and created a walk- in shower, so it was a little more challenging than the usual) they worked through it and came up with a couple of options. Aside from showing up on time and working diligently, they stayed every day until they reached a good stopping point; they were here until 8:30 a couple of nights and worked both Saturday and Sunday to finish the job. I have had other contractors come in the past week, and they all wanted to know who did the tile job. It is absolutely perfect. One more thing: when you have contractors who are in your house every day, it makes it so much easier if they are polite, friendly and clean. Jay and Jeff work side by side in close quarters, and I never heard a negative word. They are two very talented and exceptional people. My advice: they are worth the wait

The job went very well from meeting Pat at the showroom to the installation of the carpet.
Pat was very helpful in picking out the right carpet and he even helped with picking out a color. The area is a very odd shape but Pat knew exactly how to do it.
The installers were very professional and did a very good job. They showed up at the time they had stated and was even a little early. There was no messing around. They went right to work and finished the job in a very timely manner.

We had no prior knowledge of Flooring America nor this store before we walked in and started looking for carpet. As it turned out Pat, the owner, waited on us and clearly explained all the brand and style choices without any hint of pressure or urgency. We felt totally at ease working with Pat and comfortable throughout the sales process. Having been through many retail sales experiences I can honestly say this was one of the best, if not the best, we've had. The installers arrived exactly on time and I was amazed at their skill and pace of work. The work was done without any damage to any furnishings which were all put back exactly where we wanted them. The work would have been completed easily in 1 day had it not been for an unforeseen and understandable delay in not having all the product available. But everyone knows things like this can occur and it's a mark of a good company that handles it honestly and quickly remedies the problem which is exactly what Pat did. Within a short period of time the remaining carpet was quickly installed by the same crew. I must say I have never seen 3 guys working together (in any form of skilled labor) so efficiently and smoothly. I was astounded at their proficiency in laying carpet which, as I observed, is not as simple as it may seem. The look of the new carpet is exactly what we were hoping for and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process of working with Pat and Flooring America. I unhesitatingly recommend anyone looking to buy carpet to select this company as their vendor. You wont' be disappointed.

We love our new floors!  The process of buying new flooring was confusing at best...until we walked into Flooring America.  Patrick started the process with detailed info about all the choices that were available to us.  He explained everything from the manufacturing process to installation.  With this info, we were able to confidently pick the flooring that best suited us, our cats and our budget.  We chose wood floors and Eric was our installer.  The actual installation process was fascinating.  Eric is a true craftsman!  His attention to detail was impressive.  Floor products are the same anywhere, but the installers vary from non experienced day laborers to someone with Eric's expertise.  For my hard earned money,  I'm pleased with my choice.  PLUS once you actually do the math, my cost was very much in line with box store prices!!  As I said, we love our new floors.   John & Maxine

A young man, I believe his name was Rick, did the tile installation.. He carefully laid out the work, selected the tiles for the best pattern and did a nice, clean grouting job. He vacuumed and cleaned all his work areas when he had completed the work.
I would definately use them again and recommend them highly.
