I got this business's contact info from Dan MacAllister, it4soho.com. I called and spoke to someone named Mike. He didn't know how much it would cost to change the batteries in my UPS/surge protector. So I did a little research to find out what type and how many batteries my device would need. I got the info and called Current Devices back. Mike quoted me a price that was around half of what it would cost to buy a new comparable UPS/surge protector. So I took it down to them and they replaced the batteries when they said they would for the price they quoted. This device is now in good working order, I tested it.
