JOHN COMES OFF AS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE DURING THE EVALUATION OF WORK BUT SIMPLY GOES DOWN HILL FROM THERE. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE FAN AND RECEPTICLES IS FINE BUT I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING HOTTUB.

"We installed the wiring to the tub and found that others previously worked the control box on. The tub was not new. The customer stated the tub was working on extension cords. It was later learned that only the blower was working. The control box was all rusted with open wiring and the controls were inoperable. I called MEMBER at work and told her the control box would have to be replaced. She stated, "Why did the box need to be replaced if the tub was already working?" I stated the box was never operating the equipment but someone had hooked up the blower to a 110-volt extension cord that was a hazard. She asked me if I could contact a spa person to have this work done. I called a spa representative and was told that they could not get to it right away but would try to schedule it. I called MEMBER and left a message on her home phone and on her cell phone, but never received a call back, STILL TO THIS DAY-04/28/04."
