Repair man came and took door apart and initially tried de-energizing the electronics to reset. Retried after re-energizing, and it worked. No parts needed and it worked since then. Only charged for the call and labor. Repair man offered helpful tips about keeping the dishwasher working. Appreciated the advice and help.

My washing machine broke. I called Capital Appliance, got appointment right away, tech came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part, a pump from Canada, received part within days, scheduled two techs to lift dryer off top of washer, replace pump, and place dryer back on top washer. The washer works better than before with the new pump. The whole process was handled efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Well. I called and requested assistance with what I thought was the problem. I cleaned a small oven with the oven cleaning setting. It did not work again. I called Capital Appliance and requested service and told them that I thought the heating element was burned out from the high heat of the cleaning cycle. The technician replaced the heating element, but that was not the problem. The company then ordered a sensor as the technician thought that was the problem. The oven still did not work, so the technician replaced the mother board. That was the problem all along. The technician was patient, eliminated each issue that was not causing the problem and re-built my oven. It works! I am totally satisfied with the work. CAUTION: do NOT use the cleaning cycle for oven cleaning. It's much too hot!!!!

Want to give the highest rating possible. My Samsung washer was not draining st all. Very professional company. Price quoted was exactly what I was charged. Work was completed in an hour. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

If I could give A+ for this service, I would. The technician arrived right on time and got to work quickly. He soon discovered that the handyman I had hired to install my last dishwasher had glued the kickplate into place, so he had to saw that out. He then discovered the handyman had installed the dishwasher itself incorrectly, so he had to saw through the metal stops to finally get the thing out. We had already determined that Lowe's, for some reason, had sold me the dishwasher but not recommended an installation package, so I thought I didn't need one. I was wrong, but he was able to put together an installation package for me with what he had on his truck. He had to connect a metric system Bosch into my American plumbing system. The whole time he was in my kitchen, working away on what must have been a real nuisance installation for him, he was perfectly cheerful and actually very informative. A real professional, he discussed what brands were best and what were difficult to work on, and was even knowledgeable about manufacturing practices. His company installs all major appliances, and I will certainly call him for the next thing that goes wrong. I had thought initially, How hard could it be to put in a dishwasher? Maybe I could get my son-in-law to do it. Am I thankful I didn't! Youtube is great for some things, but hiring a qualified professional to do the job, quickly and efficiently, is where I would put my stress avoidance cash every time.

Company was very responsive and called within minutes of our request. Their service technician (James) came out the next day to have a look, It was determined that the blower motor for the refrigerator was almost dead. He was able to locate a part in Orlando and drove the same day to pick it up, return to us and replace it. I can't speak highly enough about their service and professionalism and would call them for any future appliance needs. Great group.
