The team at Burke Services have done multiple repairs for me at both our office, rental property and our home. They are prompt courteous and get he job done properly the first time. I never have a hesitation to use them and they are professionals.

I would say the customer service was good, they did call right away and was at my house doing the job. Now, the owner Jim quoted me $1500 to tarped my roof, it looked like he did a good job at first, but what do I know I am a woman and can not get on top of my roof, the job was done on 3/8/24 after completion of the job I paid him. Fortunately it didn?t rain much from March until now but there has been very high heat these past months. The last few weeks with the storms we have had the tarp that this company placed on my roof has come apart, it literally been falling of my roof, all of my neighbors have been picking up pieces of tarp from theirs front lawns. I notified him and he has ignored me, I had a professional roofer come to my house and he told me the tarp they put was very, very cheap and it came apart from the sun I was told the tarp is not worth more than $200 and this guy charge me $1500. I feel he took advantage of the fact I am a woman and I was not going to go up to the roof. The quality of the job it?s very poorly and he practically robbed me for a job that was not worth that. I do not trust him and will never ever recommend this person. I have pictures of the tarp coming off my roof.
