I WAS ORIGINALLY REFERRED TO HIM BY CIRCUIT CITY. I BOUGHT A NEW TV AND SURROUND SOUND AND AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED I HAD PROBLEMS FIGURING OUT THE REMOTES FOR EACH AND HE CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED AND SIMPLIFIED INTO ONE REMOTE. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
