The owner calls himself a lighting designer. He had lots of good ideas but made a couple of big errors in the placement of hanging fixtures and bathroom lighting. I was having problems with shades falling off of an expensive hanging fixture. I was to research the issue with the manufacturer, but he never called me back; he tends to be slow returning calls. His accounting system is primitive, difficult to track what was purchased for what price but eventually got it all together. He charges restocking fees which seemed punitive, considering the amount of business we gave him. I also think he still owes refunds for three fixtures returned after we replaced them with new ones purchased through him. They also sold us lots of bulbs, many of which don't seem to go with any fixtures.

I had one lamp that was stained with nicotine smoke and they cleaned the entire thing! I wasnt even able to do it my self! They also rewired another lamp, which I tried to do myself. They did great job and I would recommend them to anyone!
