Brenda is the Broker and has over 37+ years experience helping owner manage their Real Estate Investments and Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of Real Estate in Pinellas County Florida. Brenda enjoys all phases of the real estate market including Property Management, Relocation, First Time Buyers, Commercial properties, REO & Short Sales. She has been awarded the 100% Club, the Presidents Club and the Platinum Club. She is a member of NARPM, IREM, NAR and a Realtor with MLS. To provide outstanding results to her landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers, Brenda works with a team of specialists who each have their own expertise. This all translates into a smooth, speedy, successful real estate transaction for you. We are open after hours and on weekends by appointment.

Bianchi realty is a great company. Our realtor was professional, knowledgeable, and a go-getter. We had a short time in town and he ensured we saw numerous units, even on Saturday and Sunday! Good thing too, the unit he showed us on Sunday was the perfect fit for us and we bought it. We received valuable assistance and support through closing and beyond. As new owners, we were pleased they gave us a return address stamp that we use repeatedly. A small but very thoughtful gesture. We also get email updates on market conditions that are informative. I will use Bianchi again and gladly refer them to others looking to buy or sell.

Not Good at all, they moved me into a unit that had mold in it. I didn't notice until 6 month later. Then they tried to get me to sign a contract stating that I would sue them if I stayed. I didn't and moved out and now they are keeping my 1000.00 deposit. To pay for Mold that was there before I moved in. The unit upstairs had flooded and been renovated 2 times for mold. Guess they don't know how water physics works. Bad business.

Brenda and her team were very professional and gave great advice. They helped me sell my rental property at the best possible price. They listened to my needs and expectations and helped me through the process. Communication with her team was good and I never had to wait too long for a response. My husband and I had very specific needs and wants in the home we were looking for. Brenda and her team persisted month after month until they found just the right house. When Brenda emailed me a picture of this house, I said "no way" and she said just give it a try and look at it. As soon as we walked through the door we knew this was the house. We just love it and never would have looked at this house on our own.
