They did not do that. It was pretty expensive, but I wouldn't have minded if it had been what I asked for. My wife told me that she wasn't happy with the arrangement. We called them, and they told us that when we came in the summer that we could get a replacement arrangement. We did that. When we came in they were contrary about it. Finally we told them they were going to do it. It wasn't a pleasant conversation. When we got home the woman told us she wasn't going to do it and sent us our money back instead.

I fully expected to have them delivered the following day(this is not my first time buying flowers to be delivered!)but to my shock and surprise, when I got home that same evening my wife was all abuzz about the flowers that had already been delivered! Not only were they delivered same-day-but there was a terrible storm that afternoon and they STILL delivered same-day! They could have EASILY made some excuse and put it off, but instead they made my bride very happy-and me too! The flowers were beautiful, and as requested included some live, as well as cut plants. The arrangement lasted more than a full week, and I couldn't have been happier.
