"I'm so sorry you feel this way. We always go over the pets with our customers at drop off to discuss the condition and style you want, this was done and you were informed of Lucy's very matted condition and though we will try are best to give you what you want that she may have to go short all over. We never hurt or cause excessive stress to any dog or cat by de-matting for the sake of "style" sometimes you just have to start over. Our first priority is the pets comfort and when a dog is heavily matted all over we do the right thing but not without telling you the owner first. Again I'm sorry you felt this way and not every groomer is the right fit so I wish Lucy & you good luck finding the right groomer"

I check as to who groomed your dog last time and that person no longer works for us, that being said had we been notified of you dis-satisfaction of the grooming we would have tried to remedy the issue. As to the store itself I'm not sure what you mean it "Had a factory feel"? That's truly the first time we have ever heard that. One of the major reasons people come to us is that we have a family feel so I'm sad you felt that way. I think if you tried us again you would be very pleased."

"Thank you for your review! We take these reviews very seriously so I am happy to have the chance to respond. When this customer put in the request via Angies List I didn't receive it for 2 weeks do to it going to my junk mail, this was totally out of our control but we do apologize for the delay. As to the cut, when a pet is very matted we always try to relay to the owners that we do not De-Mat dogs for the sake of vanity, that was the issue in this case however the groomer may not have relayed this as well as should have been. Our desire is always give the customer what they want if it is doable, we are not "Shavers" by any means. We always hope to make everyone happy but our priority is the animals health and well being. We thank you for your business in the past and do to service area we no longer service this area so I hope you have found a groomer that suits your needs."

As to the price, we have added fuel & insurance cost with the mobile as apposed to the salon plus because of driving in traffic between customers it does limit how many we can groom a day. "Just about everything in this report is UN-true The customer called Yelling and using VERY Inappropriate language. He thought he had an appointment that day and it wasn't for 2 more weeks, he didn't even allow us to look him up in our computer, I retrieved his info by caller ID. I tried to talk to him but he preferred to call me names and curse at me. In the end he threatened us with personal and professional harm. We had to call the Sheriffs Dept. and file a complaint. In 20+ years of business I've never had to file a complaint on a customer. And as a side note, the price of $250 that was listed was for all 4 of this customers dogs. We always try to make every customer happy but unfortunately you can't always do so ."
