Overall, went well. Everything works the way it should. I did not purchase any speakers or A/V hardware from them, got better choices and prices elsewhere. Major problem was lack of support/product knowledge from the supervisor/salesperson assigned to my region (the company acknowledged the problem but offered me nothing for compensation; see what follows). Several things I asked for were not done, i.e. running data cable to my home theater shelving for future use of a hard-wired media server. Doing this after wallboard was in would have been very costly and difficult. Also did not ask me using different phone lines in different rooms, so even though the home is wired for 4 lines I incurred additional cost paying Verizon to change wire pairs when phone service was connected. Their HD hook-up using coaxial cables for component video gives excellent video quality.
