 + -1 moreWe tried to reschedule at least five times. We called and called and asked for some type of response. Every time we were told that we would get a phone call within the next couple of days but that never happened. It's now been two months since we have tried to schedule a time for him to return and do the upholstery work. Not sure why a business can't return a phone call?
Description of Work: Was responsive at first phone call. When he arrived we discovered that the boat company ordered the wrong material so we had to reschedule.
